School of Hatha Yoga is a residential training centre rooted in ancient yogic scriptures, where yoga is lived as a holistic discipline rather than practiced as exercise. Set on a peaceful 3-acre campus near Dehradun, the school offers dedicated yoga halls, comfortable cottages and dormitories, and freshly prepared sattvic yogic meals to support focused practice and inner balance.

Swami Tyagrajananda Saraswati Ji
A senior yoga master of the Satyananda–Bihar Yoga tradition and an initiated Sanyasa teacher, Swami Tyagrajananda Saraswati has decades of experience teaching classical yoga, meditation, and yogic sciences, and has led advanced trainings across premier academic institutions, government bodies, and public organizations in India.

Yogender Ji
Yogender Singh is the Operational Director and lead trainer of the School of Hatha Yoga, a Government of India–certified Yoga Master with over 10 years and 10,000+ teaching hours of experience, specializing in traditional Hatha Yoga practices rooted in the lineage of Swami Shivananda and the Bihar School of Yoga.

Meenakshi Ji
Meenakshi Subramanyan is an alternate medicine healer , certified Yoga teacher and evaluator. With a technology background after a Masters in Computer Science she has transitioned into an all round healer focused on Whole Food Plant based nutrition. She teaches Anatomy and Physiology.

Mohan Ji
A Himalayan sannyasi and practitioner of Yoga and Vedanta, Mohan Ji lives in an ashram near the Ganga and brings deep experience in classical yoga, Vedanta, Sanskrit, and the Bhagavad Gita to his teaching.

This 28-day, 200-hour residential Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive journey designed to improve physical health, mental clarity, and self-discipline. Open to practitioners aged 16–80, the course includes traditional practices, a guided body-cleansing process, and professional certification, preparing students for both personal transformation and global teaching opportunities.
Our Course Syllabus:
Led by Yogacharya Yogender, a Government of India–certified Yoga Master with 10+ years of teaching experience, the program offers a complete foundation in classical Hatha Yoga. The curriculum covers Shatkarma, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Bhagavad Gita, Sanskrit, and Anatomy, integrating practice, theory, and teaching skills.
Our Yogic Routine:
The daily yogic routine is designed to cultivate discipline, balance, and awareness through a structured schedule that integrates asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, self-study, and karma yoga. From early morning havan and physical practice to evening meditation and reflection, each day supports holistic development of body, mind, and inner clarity, creating an immersive environment for deep learning and personal transformation.
Special Yog-Nidra Sessions:
As part of the Yoga Teacher Training Course, Yoga Nidra is practiced daily in accordance with ancient yogic scriptures and the traditional Hatha Yoga lineage. These guided sessions facilitate deep physical and mental relaxation, release accumulated stress, and calm the nervous system while gently accessing the subconscious mind. Through this authentic practice, students cultivate inner balance, clarity, and emotional stability, supporting better sleep, deeper self-awareness, and the integration of yogic learning into both personal practice and teaching.
What’s Included In The Course:
The course fee includes all scheduled classes and activities, residential accommodation, two daily meals with tea twice a day, two sets of uniforms, study manuals, and a copy of the Bhagavad Gita. Essential items such as notebooks, pens, yoga mats, school T-shirts, and detergent are also conveniently available for purchase on campus.
